Founder & President

Xiaoning began her professional life in the state-owned importing firm that specialized in hand tools and hardware. After serving her role for 15 years, she established her own agency that’s now known as CeTool.

Yi Ding

Manager, Sales & Strategy

Before joining CeTool, Yi built a strong foundation in the industry through years of experience in merchandising and product development. As the second generation of the firm, Yi is dedicated to continuing the legacy and high standards established. Today, she leads sales and strategy, applying her knowledge and experience to grow the business and provide forward-thinking solutions for every partner.

Xue Bing

Manager, Operations

With 10 years of experience in IT, Xue brings a steady, organized hand to the CeTool team. From managing the details of packaging to overseeing quality control, Xue makes sure that every product is exactly as it should be before it leaves for the customer.
